Texas Hurricane Evacuation Info
Over at StormTrack they have a very good post with Texas evacuation information gathered from various sources. There is also a good post on Hurricane Rita there with frequently updated information. There are already rumors floating around the internet that Rita has already become a Category 5 hurricane, but no official word yet. If you have family in South Texas, now's the time to start getting them out!
